2027 Winter–Spring–Summer

The 2027 Rawlings Tigers North Jersey Program is a comprehensive January-through-July player development and competitive baseball program designed to provide athletes with consistent training, quality coaching and meaningful competitive opportunities throughout the year.

Programming will begin shortly after the New Year with our Winter Arc, a dedicated offseason development period focused on individual skill development, team training and preparation for the competitive season. The Winter Arc will continue through late March or early April.

Players will then transition into an approximately 12-week spring season, followed by our summer program in June and July, concluding during the final week of July.

Across the full program year, players will participate in approximately 30 weeks of development, training and competition, including:

* Structured team training

* Small-group hitting and skill development

* Professional coaching and instruction

* Indoor training and facility access

* Spring and summer team practices

* Tournament and/or League competition

* Game and tournament coaching

* A developmentally appropriate competitive environment based on each roster and team

Our objective is to provide continuity throughout the entire program year rather than treating winter training, spring baseball and summer baseball as separate experiences. Players are able to build upon the work completed during the offseason and carry that development directly into their competitive seasons.

Rawlings Tigers North Jersey is committed to maintaining purposeful roster sizes, providing quality coaching and placing players in environments that appropriately challenge their current level of development.

Registration secures a player’s place within the 2027 Rawlings Tigers North Jersey program. Specific team designation, roster assignment and competitive schedule will be determined by the coaching and administrative staff based on player evaluation, development, positional needs and overall roster construction.

For returning players, a $495 deposit secures their place in the 2027 program and is credited toward overall season tuition.
